Your Home, Your Products
For services such as cleaning, laundry and cooking, we use your own household products and equipment. This means we can use the products you already know and prefer, while helping to avoid products and equipment being carried between different customers' homes.
We'll discuss anything you need to have available during your initial consultation.

Free, No-Obligation Home Consultation
We'll visit you at home to discuss the support you're looking for, take a look at what's involved and answer any questions you may have. For dog walking, we'll also meet your dog, discuss their needs and usual routine and, where relevant, consider their suitability for group walks.

Flexible practical support that can be tailored around what you need, including home cleaning, laundry, organisation, shopping, errands, companionship and other agreed everyday tasks.
Services can be booked individually or combined during your agreed booking time
Dog Walking
From £15.00 per walk
Reliable dog walking tailored to your dog's needs and routine.

For customers who would benefit from regular, planned support, Assistome offers a choice of monthly packages designed around different needs and circumstances — from flexible practical support to plans offering additional pet care, wellbeing and reassurance.
Home & Lifestyle Plan
£469 per month
Save over £450 a year compared with booking the included weekly services separately.
A combination of regular Home & Lifestyle Support and dog walking, designed to make everyday life easier for you and your pets.
Includes 3 hours of regular support each week plus two 1-hour group dog walks each week, together with additional Assistome plan benefits.
Reassurance & Wellbeing Plan
£469 per month
Over £600 a year of additional value based on our standard support rates — plus additional plan benefits.
Regular practical support combined with additional contact, companionship and reassurance.
Includes 3 hours of regular support each week, together with regular wellbeing check-ins and additional reassurance for customers and, where agreed, their families.
Flexible Support Plan
From £348 per month
Regular, flexible Home & Lifestyle Support designed around your priorities.
Choose 12 or 16 hours of support each month, arranged in regular 3 or 4-hour visits, with the flexibility to use your time across eligible Assistome services.
