Flexible support tailored around what would be most helpful to you, whether arranged regularly, occasionally or as a one-off.
1 hour — £30
2 consecutive hours — £60
3 consecutive hours — £87

Minimum booking: 1 hour
Your booked time can be used flexibly across our Home & Lifestyle Support services, allowing you to focus on what matters most from one visit to the next.
Travel & mileage
Where agreed mileage is required as part of your support — including journeys with you or errands undertaken on your behalf — this is charged at 45p per mile.
Need a little longer?
Where our schedule allows, support can be extended in 30-minute increments, charged at half the applicable hourly rate.
Dog walks & Pet Care
Friendly, reliable support to help keep your dog active, happy and well cared for.
60-minute group dog walks
Regular walks — £15 per walk
For dogs booked for an agreed regular walking schedule.
Occasional walks — £17 per walk
For one-off or occasional bookings.
Group walks are subject to suitability and availability. We'll discuss your dog's needs, temperament and usual routine before their first walk.
Other pet care support may also be available as part of our flexible Home & Lifestyle Support.
Support Plans
Assistome Home & Lifestyle Plan
£469 per month
Save over £450 a year based on our standard support rates — plus additional plan benefits.
Weekly services continue throughout the year, with the annual plan cost spread across 12 equal monthly payments.
The Home & Lifestyle Plan combines regular practical support with ongoing dog walking and additional Assistome plan benefits.
It could be particularly useful for customers who would like consistent help with everyday life while also having regular support with their dog.
Your plan includes:
- 3 hours of Home & Lifestyle Support each week
- Two 1-hour group dog walks each week
- Flexible use of your Home & Lifestyle Support time across agreed services such as cleaning, laundry, organisation, shopping, errands and companionship
- An optional initial one-hour scam awareness & prevention discussion
- Ongoing scam awareness and prevention information where relevant
- Regular scam updates and useful information
- Signposting to relevant local services and support where appropriate
- Consistent support and the opportunity to build a trusted relationship
Assistome Reassurance & Wellbeing Plan
£469 per month
Over £600 a year based on our standard support rates — plus additional plan benefits.
Weekly services continue throughout the year, with the annual plan cost spread across 12 equal monthly payments.
The Reassurance & Wellbeing Plan combines regular practical Home & Lifestyle Support with additional contact and reassurance.
It is designed for customers who would benefit from consistent practical support alongside regular wellbeing contact, with the option to keep an agreed family member or trusted contact informed where appropriate and with the customer's consent.
Your plan includes:
- 3 hours of Home & Lifestyle Support each week
- A separate 30-minute face-to-face wellbeing check-in each week
- A 30-minute telephone wellbeing check-in each week
- A 30-minute family or trusted-contact update each month, where agreed and with the customer's consent
- Flexible use of your regular support time across agreed Home & Lifestyle Support services
- An optional initial one-hour scam awareness & prevention discussion
- Ongoing scam awareness and prevention information where relevant
- Regular scam updates and useful information
- Signposting to relevant local services and community support where appropriate
- Consistent support and the opportunity to build a trusted relationship
The additional wellbeing contact provides regular opportunities to check how things are going, identify any concerns or changes and provide additional reassurance.
Assistome Flexible Support Plan
From £348 per month
Flexible Support Plans are designed for customers who would like regular, reliable help without being tied to a particular combination of services.
Choose how your support time is used across eligible Assistome Home & Lifestyle Support services, according to your needs and priorities.
Choose from:
12 hours — £348 per month
Four regular 3-hour support visits each month.
16 hours — £448 per month
Four regular 4-hour support visits each month.
Your support time can be used for agreed services such as home cleaning, laundry and organisation, shopping and errands, companionship and other practical Home & Lifestyle Support.
Your plan also includes:
- An optional initial one-hour scam awareness & prevention discussion
- Ongoing scam awareness and prevention information where relevant
- Regular scam updates and useful information
- Signposting to relevant local services and support where appropriate
- Consistent support, helping you build a trusted relationship with Assistome
Support is arranged in the agreed 3 or 4-hour blocks and is subject to availability and the terms of the plan.
Good to Know
Payment
Services are payable in advance. Support Plans are paid monthly in advance.
Cancellations & changes
We understand that plans can change. With more than 48 hours' notice, appointments can be cancelled or rearranged without charge, subject to availability.
For cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before an appointment, a 50% cancellation charge applies. For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, including no-shows or where we are unable to gain access, a 100% cancellation charge applies.
Where we are able to refill cancelled appointment time, we will review the cancellation charge in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. We may also consider exceptional circumstances where appropriate.
