Home & Lifestyle Support from £28 per hour
Flexible practical help and companionship, shaped around you—with safeguarding and scam awareness at the heart of our approach.
Choose occasional, weekly or fortnightly support, starting from just one hour. The £28 hourly rate applies to practical Home & Lifestyle Support booked through our weekly Support Plans.
More than practical support
Scam awareness runs through every Assistome service, whether you book cleaning, shopping, companionship or pet support.
Founded by someone with a background in policing and Trading Standards, Assistome brings an additional focus on trust, safety and recognising potential concerns.
A scam awareness discussion is available during every free initial consultation. You can talk through concerns for yourself or someone you care about and discuss practical ways to reduce the risk.
Throughout ongoing support, our team remains alert to potential warning signs and raises concerns appropriately. Scam-related questions are referred to our founder, who draws on her Trading Standards experience to provide guidance and signpost to relevant services.
With your consent, we can also involve an agreed family member or trusted contact where helpful.

Home & Lifestyle Support
£29 per hour
For bookings of three or more consecutive hours.
£30 per hour
For shorter visits, with a minimum booking of just one hour.
Whether you need occasional help, weekly visits or fortnightly support, your booked time can be used flexibly across agreed Home & Lifestyle Support services.
From cleaning and laundry to shopping, errands and companionship, you can choose what matters most from one visit to the next.
Need a little longer?
Subject to availability, visits can be extended in 30-minute increments at half the applicable hourly rate.
Travel & mileage
Agreed journeys during your support—including accompanied trips and errands on your behalf—are charged at 45p per mile.

Dog Walks & Pet Care
Friendly, reliable support to help keep your dog active, happy and well cared for.
60-minute group dog walks from £15.50 per walk
Based on an agreed regular walking schedule. Occasional walks are available at £17.50 per walk.
We’ll discuss your dog’s needs, temperament and usual routine before their first walk. All group walks are subject to suitability and availability.

Support Plans
Regular Home & Lifestyle Support at £28 per hour
Our plans offer consistent practical help, with additional services depending on the plan you choose.
Choose practical support on its own, combine it with lower-priced group dog walks, or add regular wellbeing contact and agreed family updates.
Every plan includes the same Assistome focus on safeguarding, scam awareness and helpful signposting.
Weekly services continue throughout the year, with the cost spread across 12 equal monthly payments. We’ll explain the full monthly price and plan terms before you decide.
Assistome Home & Lifestyle Plan
Regular practical support and dog walking in one convenient plan.
Combine help with everyday life with a familiar walking routine for your dog.
Your plan includes:
Three hours of Home & Lifestyle Support each week
Two 60-minute group dog walks each week
Flexible use of your practical support time across agreed services, including cleaning, laundry, organisation, shopping, errands and companionship
Your practical Home & Lifestyle Support is priced at £28 per hour, combined with group dog walks at a lower per-walk rate.
Regular visits offer consistency and the opportunity for you and your dog to build a trusted relationship with our team.
Group dog walks are subject to suitability and availability.

Assistome Reassurance & Wellbeing Plan
Practical help, regular contact and reassurance for you and those who care about you.
This plan combines flexible help with everyday tasks and additional wellbeing contact, providing a familiar routine and the opportunity to build a trusted relationship.
Your plan includes:
Three hours of Home & Lifestyle Support each week, used flexibly across agreed services
A separate weekly 30-minute face-to-face wellbeing check-in
A weekly 30-minute telephone wellbeing check-in
A monthly 30-minute update for an agreed family member or trusted contact, with the customer’s consent
Your practical Home & Lifestyle Support is priced at £28 per hour, with the additional wellbeing contact and agreed updates forming part of the overall monthly plan price.
Regular contact offers opportunities to discuss how things are going, notice changes and raise concerns.

Assistome Flexible Support Plan
Regular practical support at £28 per hour
Reliable help shaped around your needs, with a choice of:
- One three-hour visit each week
- One four-hour visit each week
Use your time flexibly across agreed Home & Lifestyle Support services—including cleaning, laundry, organisation, shopping, errands and companionship. Your priorities can change from one visit to the next.
Regular visits provide consistency and the opportunity to build a familiar, trusted relationship with Assistome.

Good to Know
Free initial consultation
Discuss your needs, ask questions and explore your options without obligation. A scam awareness discussion is available if you would find it helpful.
Payment
Services are payable in advance, with Support Plans paid monthly in advance.
Weekly plans are calculated over 52 weeks and spread across 12 equal monthly payments, so your payment stays the same whether a month includes four or five scheduled visits.
Cancellations & changes
Appointments can be cancelled without charge with more than 48 hours’ notice, or rearranged subject to availability.
24–48 hours’ notice: 50% cancellation charge.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: 100% cancellation charge, including missed appointments or where we cannot gain access.
If we refill the cancelled appointment time, we’ll review the charge in line with our Terms & Conditions.
