Why I Started Assistome
Throughout my professional experience, including roles within policing and Trading Standards, protecting people and keeping them safe has been an important part of my work. Within Trading Standards, this included helping to protect people from scams, fraud and exploitation, and seeing first-hand the impact when people were taken advantage of.
I also saw that many people and families needed something much more everyday — practical support, reassurance and companionship from someone they could trust.
That's why I started Assistome — to provide friendly, reliable support that helps make everyday life easier, with trust and safeguarding at the heart of how we work.
Assistome is about more than completing tasks — it's about building trusted relationships and making a positive difference to people's everyday lives.
